Your tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email. That is the live source, always more current than anything we could show you here.
Can't find the email? Reply to your order confirmation with your order number and we'll resend it.

Order placed
You get a confirmation email straight away. If it didn't arrive, check your promotions tab before you panic.

Dispatched
Usually 1 to 3 days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it moves.

In transit
This is the quiet bit. Tracking can sit still for several days while the parcel crosses borders. That is normal and it is not lost.

Delivered
10 to 20 days from order, all in. If you hit day 25 with no movement, message us and we will replace or refund it.
