Orders
An order is accepted when we send your confirmation email. If something is mispriced or out of stock we'll cancel and refund you in full rather than quietly substitute it.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Payment is handled by Shopify, not by us directly.
Delivery
10 to 20 days. We say this everywhere because it is the single most important thing to know before you buy. Delays outside our control, like customs, can push it further, and we'll tell you if that happens.
Returns
30 days from delivery, unused and in packaging. Hygiene items (earplugs, sleep masks) only if still sealed. Full detail on the returns page.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what we said it would, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, regardless of anything above.
What we sell, and what we don't claim
These are travel comfort products, not medical devices. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a circulation condition, are pregnant, or have any health concern about compression wear or anything else here, speak to a doctor rather than a travel brand.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
