Shipping
Delivery is 10 to 20 days. We put that on the product page, in the cart, and here, because finding out on day twelve is worse than knowing on day one.
Why it takes that long
We don't hold stock yet. Each order ships direct from our supplier so we can find out which kits people actually want before committing money to a warehouse full of the wrong ones. Slower delivery is the honest cost of that, and it gets faster as soon as a kit proves itself.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel moves. Tracking can sit quiet for a few days in transit between countries. That is normal and it is not lost.
Rates
Free over $60 within Australia. Otherwise calculated at checkout. International delivery sits at the longer end of the window.
If it goes wrong
Damaged, wrong or never arrived: send us a photo and your order number and we will replace it or refund you. We would rather fix it than argue about it.
