What we collect

• To fulfil an order: your name, email, shipping address and order contents.
• If you subscribe: your email address, and nothing else.
• Automatically: basic analytics about pages visited. No profiles built, no data sold.

We never see or store your full card details. Payments are handled entirely by Shopify and its payment providers.

Who it goes to

Only the services needed to actually get you your order: Shopify (store and checkout), our fulfilment partner and the shipping carrier, and our email provider if you subscribed. That's the whole list. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

International transfer

Some of those services store data outside Australia. Placing an order means your details may be processed overseas in order to ship to you.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as Australian tax law requires. Marketing emails until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email in one click.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Message us and we'll do it. Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if we get it wrong.

Cookies

We use the minimum needed to keep your cart working between pages. No advertising trackers are loaded unless and until we say so here first.
