How long does shipping take?
10 to 20 days. These are test items shipped direct from our supplier, and we would rather say so up front than have you wondering on day twelve. You get tracking as soon as it moves.
Why is it slower than the big retailers?
Because we don't hold stock yet. We are testing which kits people actually want before committing to a warehouse full of them, and slower shipping is the honest cost of that. It gets faster once a kit proves itself.
Is everything really carry-on sized?
Yes. Every kit is packed to fit the bag you take on, and the zip case holds the lot. Nothing in the kits breaches standard cabin liquid or size restrictions.
What's the difference between the kits?
The Sleep Kit is the entry point: mask, earplugs, pillow. The Long-Haul Kit adds the leg and circulation gear for flights over fourteen hours. The Arrival Kit is the flagship and adds the pre-landing routine, including the gua sha.
Why stainless gua sha instead of jade or rose quartz?
Stone chips and cracks in transit, and a cracked stone arriving after two weeks is a refund waiting to happen. Stainless survives the trip, holds cold better, and looks more expensive.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Yes. Rates are calculated at checkout, and international delivery sits at the longer end of the 10 to 20 day window.
What's your returns policy?
30 days from delivery, unused and in its packaging. If something arrives damaged or wrong, message us with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
