Returns
30 days from delivery, unused and in its packaging. Message us with your order number and we will send return instructions.
Damaged or wrong
Send a photo and your order number. We replace or refund it and you don't post anything back. This is on us, not you.
Changed your mind
Also fine within 30 days. Return postage is yours, and the refund goes back to your original payment method once it arrives.
Hygiene items
Earplugs and sleep masks can only come back sealed and unopened, for reasons we hope are obvious.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing here reduces them. If a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what we said it would, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund regardless of the 30 day window.
